Meet Carrie--
My name is Carrie Russell and I am the owner and retired writer of this blog. This blog was started in 2009 after the birth of my 3rd child. I started this blog in the age of Mommy Bloggers, before Instagram microblogs and influencers were ever a thing! The archives are full of humorous mommy stories, family chronicles, product reviews, and posts where I aimed to encourage fellow moms to cling to Christ. My blogging days were a sweet season in my life, however I am no longer writing in this space.
You are probably here for my Potty Training Boot Camp! I am thrilled that my experience of Potty Training 4 children can benefit so many!
I currently reside in Charlotte, NC where my husband serves as the Senior Pastor at Oakhurst Baptist Church. I write occasionally for other websites and publications on Christian Living and Discipling in the Local Church.
